Youth Leadership by Example
Kīpuka Keiki is a youth-leadership program that creates community-based projects lead and empowered by the keiki that are passionate about the cause. With this initiative, Kīpuka Keiki will help to become the next leaders in our community.

Reaching those who may not be aware of the importance of public spaces and place-making and teaching them about the possibilities of creative community minds.
EVENTS
POW! WOW! The First Decade: From Hawaiʻi to the World, featuring world-renowned Hawai‘i-based artists, international street artists, and sculptors. Bishop Museum’s collections, galleries, and outdoor spaces provide an immersive art experience that bridges traditional culture, creative expression, and indigenous perspectives with over 160 artists creating murals and installations. Kipuka Keiki were taken on a private guided tour of the gallery spaces and got to have a talk with Jasper Wong, Pow Wow Founder.
